We all know Atlanta is one of the hubs for Black excellence, Black culture, Black prowess, and design. That being said, we are proud to announce that Atlanta’s National Black Arts Festival is back! This time, designer James Keith and photographer Marilyn Nance, will be honored at this benefit! In partnership with Neiman Marcus, the event will be taking place on Saturday, March 27th at the Atlanta History Center! So what’s all the rave about you may ask? For those who don’t know, the National Black Arts Festival is recognized as the oldest multidisciplinary arts organization in the United Staes. It’s solely focused on the art and artists of African descent. In 2008, the United Sates Congress recognized NBAF for its importance to the “cultural fabric of greater Atlanta and all of America”. An event such as this will be filled with many amazing sights and acts, so we decided to get all the deets about this benefit from NBAF themselves!
